Predicting The Quality Of All 15 WWE WrestleMania 35 Matches
10. Bobby Lashley Vs. Finn Bálor - Intercontinental Title Match
We have a reasonable indication of the quality of this match, helpfully, since Bobby Lashley and Finn Bálor have faced off about 19 times in the last six or so months.
Bálor sells from underneath, Lashley wrestles as if transplanted from 2006, and is thus boring in contrast to the Impact shooter WWE apparently wished to sign, and Bálor proceeds to sprint through his comeback routine to add belated energy to a low-gear RAW special. This is pay-per-view, and it should represent an improvement, so let's put aside Elimination Chamber's bang-average handicap undercard offering to one side in the name of optimism.
A rare Demon appearance adds a much-needed, fresher element to an over-familiar dynamic. The character remains very protected and very over, and its appearance should bring the noise and create scope for a unique story, in which Lashley's strength is negated by Bálor's summoned power.
A spectacular Lio Rush bump is mandatory, too; we know how WWE likes to treat is more diminutive performers on the Grandest Stage.
