Queen Zelina Names Surprising "Dream" WWE WrestleMania 38 Opponent

Zelina Vega has just named a slightly surprising dream foe for WWE's WrestleMania 38.

It's Rhea Ripley!

ProSieben MAXX recently asked Queen Zelina to name her "dream opponent" for WWE's upcoming WrestleMania 38 pay-per-view. Sorry...premium live event (that'll take some getting used to). Rather surprisingly, Zelina ignored obvious choices like Lita, Trish Stratus or other legends in favour of a clash with Rhea on WWE's big stage.

Why? The first ever Queen's Crown winner believes she and Ripley "have a chemistry" that Zelina has only ever experienced with one other wrestler: Asuka. Beyond that, Vega just fancies going into 'Mania as WWE's "Queen", the Raw Women's Champ and one half of the Women's Tag-Team Champions.

Her pitch would be to put all of that on the line against Rhea and come out on top.

There's always a hint of kayfabe about Zelina's interviews - she tends to stay in character for 70/80% of them, but she did drop the act when discussing how much she enjoys working with Ripley in-ring. Vega went on to say that she and Rhea "have just scratched the surface of what [they] could actually do".

She thinks they'd have "a complete banger" together in April.
