Randy Orton Has Heat With WWE Over Twitter Comments

The Viper is still expected to receive a push upon his return due to the lack of main event guys on the current WWE roster.

WWE officials have heat with Randy Orton because of his recent comments on Twitter. Earlier this month, Orton was asked by a fan on Twitter whether he would be making his comeback next month as a heel when his suspension expired and Orton replied with, "we can only pray." Orton also answered another of his follower's questions when he was asked why he was suspended, to which he replied with;
"When I'm able to tell you, I will. Until then, don't believe everything you read!"
Despite WWE being upset with Orton over his comments and his blaise behaviour over his suspension, WWE are not expected to punish Orton's on-screen character and he will receive a push upon his return due to the lack of main event guys on the current WWE roster. As we have reported previously, the SmackDown brand house show numbers are down since Orton was suspended and WWE feel they need him as a top babyface to carry that show. Orton's suspension is due to expire on the Raw show before WWE SummerSlam but it is unknown as to whether Orton will return before or after WWE's second biggest pay-per-view of the year.
