Ranking 15 WWE Debuts And Returns In 2020
11. Dabba-Kato
Does it count as a WWE debut if you’ve never had a match on
Raw proper?
We’re asking because Dabba-Kato spent two months on WWE programming competing, but never in a roped ring. Instead, he was a featured fighter in the erstwhile WWE fight club, Raw Underground. Shane McMahon’s favorite fighter, Dabba-Kato was undefeated for several weeks before finally falling to Braun Strowman at the end of Raw Underground’s run.
Dabba-Kato did make one appearance outside of Raw Underground, showing up in the arena to confront Kevin Owens. And he was formally drafted to Raw in October, but he has not appeared on WWE programming since September.
It’s tough to rate a guy like this. He didn’t do anything stand-out, nor did he do anything horrible. But considering his run barely lasted two months and he’s vanished from TV, it’s safe to consider it a flop for now.
