Ranking All 20 February WWE Pay Per Views From Worst To Best

17. No Way Out 2005

2005 in all was a fantastic year for WWE, featuring one of the best Wrestlemanias of all time. Unfortunately, the Pay Per View prior could not live up to how good of a year it was. A Smackdown-only Pay Per View, this was right toward the end of the long-but-lackluster reign of JBL as WWE Champion. And it wasn't like his opponent was somebody the fans were salivating to take the belt away from JBL: The Big Show. The big draw of the match was that it was a steel cage with barbed wire at the top, but the barbed wire barely came into play. JBL also won on a technicality, as he was chokeslammed through the mat and crawled out the bottom. The best match on the card was John Cena vs. Kurt Angle with the winner going on to face the WWE Champion at Wrestlemania. It was pretty good, but not as good as their No Mercy 2003 match. Great wrestlers like Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero were wasted in a tag team match against the Basham Brothers.
