Ranking All 20 February WWE Pay Per Views From Worst To Best

15. No Way Out 2003

A show that looked pretty good on paper, and was taking place in a unique environment like Montreal, Canada, No Way Out 2003 fell flat in execution. The two best parts of the show were the entrances of Steve Austin and The Rock. Austin made his first televised WWE appearance since walking out the previous June, and got a tremendous return pop. Rock used his Hollywood heel theme for the first time, and really enjoyed his heel persona. The subsequent matches, against Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan respectively, were lackluster. Bischoff isn't a wrestler, so that was expected, but Rock/Hogan was a rematch of one of the best matches of the year the year prior, but it was marred by shenanigans this time around, including Sylvan Grenier being a crooked referee. The undercard included the awful Triple H vs. Scott Steiner rematch that's only redeeming quality was that it wasn't as bad as the Royal Rumble match, and a great opening match between Chris Jericho and Jeff Hardy, who was a last-minute replacement for Test, who missed a show, and ended up being a better option.
