A year of change for The Undertaker, 1994 was the first time that he underwent any kind of evolution and it really was a striking one. Gone were the grey gloves, tie and boots and in their places were, well, purple gloves, tie and boots while his brownish curls had evolved into long black curtains. That, coupled with the purple eye shadow went a long way in making him appear more undead.

As for action, it's hard to rate '94 because aside from three major matches - one of which was the most infamous main event in SummerSlam history - he didn't have a huge year (due to the fact that he spent half of it off our screens on his very first extended hiatus). Nonetheless, it did kick-start another chapter of his legendary career - and for that it deserves credit.
