Ranking All 35 WWE WrestleManias From Worst To Best

5. WrestleMania 20

The Undertaker Triple H

For obvious reasons, this WrestleMania is divisive, as one of the best moments from it has been scrubbed from WWE history.

But WrestleMania 20 had a lot more than Chris Benoit defeating Triple H and Shawn Michaels in a near-flawless main event for the World Heavyweight Championship. We saw Eddie Guerrero outsmart Kurt Angle to retain his WWE Championship in a great match. And the 3-on-2 handicap match between Evolution and the Rock & Sock Connection was a masterpiece of action, drama and comedy. Seriously, the bits between Rock and Ric Flair were insanely good.

Throw in a solid match between Christian and Chris Jericho that saw Trish Stratus turn heel, the bizarre social experiment that was a double departure match between Goldberg and Brock Lesnar, and Undertaker’s return to the Deadman gimmick and you’ve got a ton of stuff to love about WM 20, even if you can’t stomach the main event.

So yeah, even with that out of the mix, this was one of the best Manias of the bunch.
