Ranking Big Show's WrestleMania Matches - From Worst To Best

14. Eight-Man Tag Team Match: Big Show, Kane, Santino Marella & Kofi Kingston Vs. The Corre - WrestleMania 27

Speaking of meaningless matches that did no one involved any favors... The Corre was a misguided attempt to take the most essential members of Nexus and rebrand them in hopes of reigniting their momentum. Featuring Nexus founders Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater, as well as the massive Ezekiel Jackson, the group failed to catch fire and arrived at WrestleMania 27 for a match that had no real heat or anticipation surrounding it. Big Show would be part of the opposition, teaming with Kane, Santino Marella and Kofi Kingston in a hodge podge mix of guys without anything more interesting to do. With so little effort going into the bout from a creative standpoint, and so little interest on the part of the fans, the right decision was made to keep it short. Too short to be anything even remotely worthwhile. After just 1:35 of ring time, Big Show blasted Slater with the KO Punch and pinned him to secure the win for his team. The outcome essentially killed The Corre dead while giving the babyfaces a victory, even if they would have just as well have been left off the card altogether.
