Ranking Big Show's WrestleMania Matches - From Worst To Best

11. World Tag Team Championship Match: Big Show & Kane Vs. Carlito & Chris Masters - WrestleMania 22

The opening contest of WrestleMania 22 saw Big Show and Kane, then world tag team champions, defending againt the young tandem of Carlito and Chris Masters. Considering the fact that The World's Largest Athlete and The Big Red Monster had dominated the tag division since the previous October, most expected the upstart team of youngsters to unseat them and take the titles. The champions completely outclassed the challengers, though, with neither Kane nor Big Show ever really in any damage. Late-match miscommunication from the heels led to a chokeslam to Carlito and a successful title defense by the veteran big men. Big Show's match at the twenty-second incarnation of the event was a lethargic one that never really kicked out of first gear. Like so many of his other tag team bouts on the grand stage, it was shortchanged in regards to time and, worst of all, he was nursing injuries that would ultimately see him take more than a year off from the mat wars.
