9. Survivor Series

The Good: Sasha Banks Vs Asuka and The Street Profits Vs The New Day were matches far better than the builds, and the only two that mimicked genuine tension between the respective Superstars of SmackDown and Raw.

The Bad: Lana winning the Women's Survivor Series match by being bullied into staying out of it did nothing for her supposed babyface push. The Undertaker's "Final Farewell" was long, drawn out and - save for the touching moment with a Paul Heyman hologram - en enormously under-thought disappointment. A litany of legends arrived then left, Vince McMahon had no presence and 'The Deadman' himself had nothing left to say. The entire show lasted half an hour longer than it needed to, too.

The Ugly: Brand warfare undermined every match at one point or another, but none more than the Sami Zayn/Bobby Lashley battle. Two heel Champions with neither title on the line and the baddie with his own stable cast as the babyface. Neither stood a chance of making it work.
