Ranking Every 2021 WWE Draft Pick So Far From Worst To Best

8. Austin Theory

Draft Position: #8 to Raw. #16 overall.

Brand Switch: NXT 2.0 to Raw.

Austin Theory has been on Raw before, but WWE probably want fans to forget that he was part of Seth Rollins' entourage for a brief spell during the pandemic. They've pressed the reset button on Theory again by whipping him away from Johnny Gargano on NXT too, and it remains to be seen if the "main roster" braintrust know how to use him.

Who else spells a repackage job and hokey gimmick incoming?

Theory is where this list takes a turn though. It's not a 180 turn, but maybe a smooth 90-degree angle that teases heading back in the right direction. He's still young enough (at 24) to withstand poor booking, and it's hardly like the dude can't work a lick.
