In fairness, WWE switched up Keith Lee's gimmick to include a 'Bearcat' add-on and reintroduced him to fans as though they barely knew who he was. So, in this company's crazy backstage frenzy, that probably meant that he was fair game for the Draft, or that they had to rubber stamp some approval on him.

Hence, 'Bearcat' has gone Raw > Raw this year.

There's no doubt in this fan's mind that Lee would've been higher here had he been moved to SmackDown. That show, which typical houses great matches aplenty and suits workers who like to (y'know) work, would've been ideal for him.

He's still on Raw though.
