Ranking Every AEW Wrestler's 2019 From Worst To Best

8. Kenny Omega

In AEW, Kenny Omega isn't the wrestler he was in Japan.

That's his ongoing story, and it's reflected in his performances, with 'The Best Bout Machine' not quite living up to that nickname since the promotion launch. That isn't to say bouts with Chris Jericho, Joey Janela, and PAC haven't banged, because they have, but Omega has only shown glimpses of his old Best in the World level.

This is by design. If Kenny went Full Kenny in AEW, they'd have no choice but to rerun the Jericho feud prematurely. It's likely that his character arc will continue away from the big belt for now.
