Ranking Every Finishing Move In WWE Today

82. John Cena: STF

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jOA6dkis4M In theory, the STF isn't a bad move at all. Others have made it look devastating. But Cena? Not so much. Even Steve Austin has called him out for showing too much light while using it. Most of the time his opponent could easily get out of his submission, which takes fans out of the moment and reminds us that what we're watching is fake. Cena's facial expressions also do him no favors while applying the hold. Originally, the finisher was called the STFU, when the Master of Thuganomics was a little edgier.

81. Cameron: Reverse Kneeling Facebuster

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VL4QOaRo2Do Okay, so maybe the Reverse Kneeling Facebuster isn't the most catchy name for a finishing move, nor is it much to look at, but this is Cameron we're dealing with her! We need something easy to perform! This is one of those moves that may already be gone, and Cameron is experimenting with something else...in the case that she actually wins a match again. Originally, she used a jumping DDT annoyingly named "Girl Bye." Perhaps that was too complicated, so she just kind of sits on her opponents head instead.

80. Bayley: Bayley-to-Belly

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vtEzQs0kXs Bayley has improved tremendously since she debuted in NXT, as a wrestler and as a character, but her finishing move is destined to remain mediocre. The Bayley-to-Belly is a belly-to-belly suplex that doesn't even look that good. It seems like a move you would hit mid-match, and not use as a finisher. Sure, in reality it would hurt probably as much as a Rock Bottom, but it lacks the flash and power of similar moves to be a satisfying way to win a match.

79. Tye Dillinger: Knee Facebreaker

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NKYGLhSKNqU With Tye Dillinger's recent gimmick change, this one may not last long, but he's currently using a relatively unique, easy to pull-off face breaker move. All he has to do is fall on his back and jab his knee into his opponents head. While not too complicated, it probably wouldn't feel too good if someone off the street performed it on you in a fight!

78. Zack Ryder - Rough Ryder

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTKmbVjdBK8 Zack Ryder really should consider getting another finishing move, because he can never hit his current one! The Rough Ryder takes a bit of athleticism to pull off, and can look fairly cool on occasion. However, it's one dude launching his whole body at his opponent and hoping they just don't step to the side or duck. That can be said for almost any finishing move, but for some reason, Zack's just seems a little far-fetched that most. In recent WWE lore, Doug Basham used his version of The Ryder for a bit, and didn't have much success either with it either. Get a new one Broski!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
