1999 comes a close second to the worst Havoc.

Perhaps the only saving grace here is that DDP and Ric Flair tried their best to stir some emotion from a bored Las Vegas crowd by way of their 'Strap Match'. Elsewhere, there was more 'is he/isn't he' guff with Sting as a heel, and the WCW Title was made to look like the least important belt in all of wrestling yet again.

Nobody, including super workers like Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero, looked motivated to do anything other than phone their matches in. Apologists who say things like, '...at least it was better than the prior month's Fall Brawl' are either lying to themselves or are called Vince Russo.

Best Moment: N/A.

Worst Moment: Sting's continued heelish-ness.
