Further appearances for both the Undertaker and CM Punk here, in a match that was quite clearly the victim of time constraints.

Coming to us from the Hell in a Cell 2009 PPV, this one lasted less than ten and a half minutes, making it the fourth-shortest match in Cell history. This may have been due to the alleged lack of faith that management had in Punk at the time, but in his Best in the World DVD he’d later reveal that he at least earned the approval of ‘Taker with this feud—and this match may have played a large part in that.

Despite the hurriedness, they still managed to beat a suitable amount of tar out of one another, in a promising match that would have probably ranked much higher had it been afforded more minutes. Eventually it was the Undertaker who'd escape with the victory, bringing Punk’s third world title reign to a muted end.
