Ranking EVERY Impact Wrestler's 2020 From Worst To Best

6. Eddie Edwards

Between his Best of Five series at the onset of the year, winning the World Championship for the second time at Slammiversary, being part of Match of the Year, and reigniting his rivalry with Sami Callihan, 2020 was an overall decent year for Eddie Edwards.

As the World Champion, Eddie's frequent open challenges, like with Rohit Raju's Defeat Rohit Challenges, allowed for some matches that otherwise, we likely wouldn't have witnessed. His defences against Sami Callihan, Rob Van Dam, and Trey Miguel were memorable bouts for both champion and challenger, while even the defence against Brian Myers offered the only positive moment of 2020 from 'The Most Professional Wrestler'.

Eddie couldn't have asked for a better year in Impact, really. Being involved in the rivalry between Alisha Edwards and Tenille Dashwood, however, was a dire conclusion to his 2020 that prevents him from cracking the top five.
