Ranking Every Night One WWE 2023 Draft Pick From Worst To Best

12. Cody Rhodes

WWE Draft 2023 Drew McIntyre Indi Hartwell Bianca Belair Edge
WWE

Draft Position: #1 for Raw. #2 overall.

Brand Switch: N/A.

Same here. Both SmackDown and Raw burned their first picks to choose guys they already had on their rosters. Again, perhaps that's logical if everyone becomes a temporary free agent for the purposes of the Draft, but it still doesn't reflect some earth-shattering shakeup (which is what this is supposed to be).

None of the wrestlers staying on the same brand they were already on deserved to rank ahead of jumps. Sorry if that seems harsh because of the star power on offer, but it's sexier when WWE actually mixes things up with the rosters.

Cody is a shoe-in to become World Heavyweight Champ at some point though.
