Ranking Every Randy Orton Vs. Triple H WWE Match Ever

15. Raw - March 3, 2008

The first few months of 2008 could only be described as being the Age of Orton.

For a solid six-month stretch, Randy Orton put his WWE Championship on the line in matches against the illustrious likes of Jeff Hardy, Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho, and escaped with his title intact every time. Triple H and John Cena were both gunning for the gold by WrestleMania season, hurting Orton's chances of successfully defending his prized possession on the grandest stage of them all.

Mere weeks ahead of the Show of Shows, Orton and HHH rekindled their rivalry on Raw at the behest of one-night-only Raw general manager John Cena. Before they could really get anything going, Cena got involved and attacked Triple H, which caused the contest to be thrown out. After Cena hit him with the FU, Orton retaliated with an RKO and ended the show standing tall.

It was another basic bout between the two that was way too short to be anything memorable but succeeded in furthering the feud between the three men.
