Ranking Every SmackDown WWE Superstar Shakeup Move From Worst To Best

6. Jeff Hardy

WWE have always been a little higher on Jeff Hardy than his brother Matt, and that's been shown once again by his standing in this Superstar Shakeup. Since returning from injury, Jeff has become United States Champion, moved away from his sibling's wacky characterisation and become a singles star on SmackDown.

One quick note: Jeff is the fourth different United States Champ this year. It'd be cool if WWE could give the title some stability like they have the Intercontinental belt.

There's every chance Hardy will be the man to rebuild the title and get it back to the level it was at last summer when AJ Styles and Kevin Owens feuded over the strap. To do so, he'll need the backing of SmackDown's writers and (most of all) to be left alone when it comes to working out the basics of his feuds/matches.

There are so many great workers on SmackDown for Jeff to work with. AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Shinsuke Nakamura and Daniel Bryan come to mind immediately.
