Whether she'd been booked to lose her long-running unbeaten streak or not at WrestleMania, it was wise to move Asuka over to SmackDown in the Superstar Shakeup. The main reason? It keeps her away from Ronda Rousey for the remainder of 2018.

That's one match WWE must be interested in booking at some point. For now though, Asuka needs a little rebuild job after dropping to Charlotte Flair at 'Mania 34, and there's no better way to do that than by booking her revenge later this year.

Other options open to Asuka include Becky Lynch, Naomi, The IIconics and current SmackDown Women's Champion Carmella. It's only a matter of time before Asuka supplants the Princess of Staten Island as titleholder. That's why 'Mella was given the title in the first place: She's a buffer between Flair and Asuka.
