Ranking Every UK Title Change In WWE History From Worst To Best

Honourable Mentions

There's a reason Tyler Bate's historic win over Pete Dunne to become the first ever WWE United Kingdom Champion only makes the cut as an honourable mention. Technically, it wasn't a title change, because that final was to decide who would be the inaugural champion.

It still deserves a mention though, and it'd be remiss not to celebrate Bate's victory only to then spend time prattling on about meaningless house show wins and a glut of Hardcore Title switches. Ah yes, the Hardcore Title, the only championship in WWE history that has changed hands five times in London, twice in Birmingham and six times in Glasgow.

If you didn't see any of them, don't worry. Even if those Hardcore Title switches had been included outside of 'Honourable Mentions', they'd all rank joint bottom anyway.

Charting each of those quickfire Hardcore changes would be difficult, as would ranking house shows matches from March 1994 between Men On A Mission and The Quebecers. Both those teams traded the old WWF Tag Titles in London and Sheffield, solely to give the UK fans a little treat.

Sorry, Tyler. Maybe you deserved more.
