18. Alicia Fox

Despite being saddled with a "All women are crazy!" gimmick, things really started looking up for Alicia Fox last year. Her antics quickly became a highlight of Raw and SmackDown, but just as quickly as she rose up the roster, Alicia seemed to vanish. Her brief surge in popularity did at least secure a place for her on Total Divas, so that's something anyway. Despite not being anything special in the ring, she's still miles ahead of many of the Divas who are seemingly only ever put on TV for random tag team matches and costume themed Battle Royals. At this stage though, it's hard to imagine Alicia ever really rising to the top of the Divas Division, but some more TV time would be no bad thing for the feisty wrestler.
