11. Natalya

Natalya has a ton of talent, but she's one of the most underutilised Divas on the main roster. It's been a long time since she was anywhere near the Divas title picture, and her current role amounts to being little more than a valet for fan-favourite tag team Tyson Kidd (her real-life husband) and Cesaro. There's no doubt that she could be better used by WWE. Poor Creative decisions aside - which definitely seems to be a theme here - Natalya is someone who should be at the forefront of the #GiveDivasAChance movement. As that hasn't really amounted to much though, it's hard to say what place in the Divas Division the Canadian will have over the coming months and years. With any luck, a much bigger one!
