So much for KO quitting Raw. He's back already for a mini-feud with Bobby Lashley, and that will likely lead to a Kickoff match before Hell In A Cell. That's quite the fall from grace for Owens since last year's HIAC, and he better hope WWE have some decent plans for he and Natalya in the next Mixed Match Challenge.

Right now, both partners need something to give them some momentum.

Nattie is still playing the hanger-on card with Ronda Rousey, and she'll want to get back into creative minds before the first ever all-female Evolution pay-per-view in October. Will the MMC do that for her? It's doubtful, but Owens is the kind of argumentative heel Natalya will play well off of and those interactions will let her kickstart a slow-burning heel turn.

They can't be any worse together than the flat team Natalya shared with Shinsuke Nakamura in the first tournament. Back then, Naka was tanking as a babyface, and not even his Royal Rumble win managed to stop the rot. Unlike her boring duo with Shinsuke, think of Natalya and KO as a dark horse here.
