Ranking Every WWE PPV Named After Wrestlers From Worst To Best
4. Good Friends, Better Enemies (Shawn Michaels & Diesel)
Unlike the miss that was 'Beware Of Dog' the next month, 'Good Friends, Better Enemies' was the perfect name for In Your House in April 1996. This would arguably be the only time during his first run with the belt that Shawn Michaels looked comfortable in the leading role, and Diesel's part in that shouldn't be discounted.
He, more so than Davey Boy Smith, Vader and Sycho Sid, pulled a great match out of the somehow under confident HBK in '96; only Mankind in September could claim to have played to Shawn's strengths more than Kevin Nash did here.
The opener, Owen Hart and Bulldog vs. the quirky team of Ahmed Johnson and Jake Roberts, had the live crowd eating out the palms of their hands immediately, and there's a lot to like in Razor Ramon vs. Vader too. This would be Scott Hall's final WWF/WWE supershow appearance for almost six years, and he deserves credit for refusing to phone it in.
Just avoid The Ultimate Warrior vs. Goldust and you'll have fun.
Best Match: Shawn Michaels vs. Diesel.
