Rey Mysterio's legendary status means he's not bogged down by too many losses. Fans will forgive him, and he'll retain some credibility even when losing regularly. That could be WWE's logic here. If Rey can help give Andrade another leg up, or bump around for Braun Strowman (should he turn heel again), then he'll have some value.

We'd have kept him on SmackDown however. Just saying.
