A superb idea in theory that collapsed in execution, the decision to pair all victorious heels and babyfaces against each other in one more match was the sort of thing that belonged in a wrestling figure promotion rather than the actual industry leader's pay-per-view main event.

Allowing the show to go off the air with both Hulk Hogan and The Ultimate Warrior positioned as prime performers, the glory shot did as much harm as good - heel survivors Ted Dibiase and The Visionaries had their wins scrubbed by the main event loss.
