10. Mankind Vs Triple H (August 23, 1999)

Bobby Lashley
WWE

A silver medal moment for Triple H's first taste of the top gold, Hunter's victory over Mankind completed his summer 1999 elevation and went some way to confirming all he'd said about himself long before he'd produced the sort of work that made others agree.

Steve Austin included - 'The Rattlesnake' didn't think SummerSlam 1999 the night before was the right time, resulting in Mick Foley serving as the transition man over the two nights. This was piping hot because of the times, but 'The King Of Kings' only really ascended to the throne in the aforementioned win over The Big Show.
