Ranking Every WWE Title Match At WrestleMania Worst To Best
8. WrestleMania VIII - Ric Flair Vs. Randy Savage
Of all the matches featured on this list, Ric Flair vs. Randy Savage at WrestleMania VIII is the one your writer has watched the most times. Still, as much as this bout delivers brilliantly, there are still a handful of 'Mania contests that have to rank above it.
Going into 1992's Granddaddy of Them All, Flair was the arrogant heel WWF Champion who was threatening to show naked photos of Miss Elizabeth. For Savage, he was at his angry, intense best as he wanted to tear the Nature Boy to pieces.
A perfect combination of great in-ring work and a fantastic story, this was a roller coaster ride of Flair working over Savage's knee as the Macho Man sold these attacks expertly. Macho would get the win with a roll-up and a handful of tights, but famously Savage wasn't done there - for he'd only gotten a piece of Flair, and in reality, he wanted the whole thing.
