Ranking Hulk Hogan's WWE Returns From Worst To Best

11. Hulk Hogan Saves Hornswoggle - Raw (10 December 2007)

Raw's 15th Anniversary special was a night that celebrated all the best that the red brand had to offer over the years. While we expected legends like The Undertaker, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Mankind to show up, we were caught off-guard by Hulk Hogan's comeback.

The wrestling icon's previous return run with WWE had ended in 2006, so he had been absent from all programming for over a year at this point. But that didn't stop him from shocking the world when he emerged to save Hornswoggle from The Great Khali.

Though he entered to his "Real American" theme, The Hulkster decided to sport his nWo colours to mark the occasion. He subsequently faced off against Khali, taking the giant off his feet with a series of clotheslines before threatening to body-slam him. While the action wasn't the sharpest, it was a perfectly nostalgic moment that reminded us why Hogan was such a revered presence in the first place.
