Some had feared that The Undertaker might have lost a little of his luster after his WrestleMania winning streak was ended at the hands of Brock Lesnar in 2014.

But those fears were assuaged a little a year later, when the crowd erupted into frantic cheers at the sound of his trademark gong at Battleground.

In hindsight, an interference of some description in Lesnar's championship match with Seth Rollins seemed wholly predictable - after all, there was no way 'The Architect' was beating the 'Beast Incarnate' without a helping hand - but few expected that 'Taker would ever renew acquaintances with the man who conquered his legacy on the Grandest Stage.

He did though - and the matches they went on to share at SummerSlam and Hell in a Cell comfortably dwarfed their 'Mania effort, in terms of outright quality if not drama.
