A decent main event was destroyed by the finish along with The Nexus themselves when John Cena made light work of battering Wade Barrett and Justin Gabriel.

Elsewhere, there was nothing, and that was the point. WWE desperately needed the seven midcarders they'd managed to magically elevate, and this truly terrible conclusion to the show did untold damage to their prospects.
