Ranking The Worst Performer In Every WWE Royal Rumble Match

20. 2008 - Shelton Benjamin

The Hurricane Big E Bobby Lashley
WWE Network

Lasted 0:18.

A running gag almost on this list has been the alarmingly uninspired performances put forth from each of the Royal Rumble's worst-performing entrants. The Warlord's hilariously quick elimination was his career highlight and Bushwhacker Luke's was a Rumble moment that many look back on with fondness, but the likes of Mo, Squat Teamer #2, and B-2 did little of note with their short sprints.

Then, there's Shelton Benjamin. To put it into context, Benjamin in the 2008 Royal Rumble entered at number 17 before he:-

Darted across the ring, leapt up to the top turnbuckle with ease, and dropped John Morrison and the Miz with a double hotshot.

Hit his Paydirt finisher on CM Punk.

Took a stiff Sweet Chin Music from Shawn Michaels that sent him flying out of the ring.

All that for what was only an 18-second performance. Blimey.
