A bit of a technicality here, in that Sean Waltman effectively debuted under the 123 Kid persona immediately after defeating Razor Ramon.

He had worked for the WWF on TV under various other names: The Lightning Kid, the Kamikaze Kid, the Cannonball Kid. As simply 'The Kid', he won one of the most shocking matches in RAW's early history to start life under the his second-most famous gimmick.

The match remains a superb bell-to-bell presentation.

Razor annihilated him. It was such ghoulish fun. He slapped him across the crown of the head, stretched out his bones, leathered him with chops. It was so much more brutal than you might remember, which enhanced the disbelief and the joy of the finish.
