Ranking What Was REALLY The Worst Wrestling Match Every Year 1990-2021

15. 2007 - Team 3D Vs. LAX, TNA Lockdown 2007

Kronik Nia Jax
TNA

This was an insult of a professional wrestling match.

Worked like a death match, only with electrocution substituting for explosion, the actual suspense sequences weren't that terrible. It was a better match than the Blindfold fiasco that was James Storm Vs. Chris Harris on the same show, strictly, but it was also significantly more patronising and has as a result carried a legacy that is more damning to the promotion. When Homicide bumped off the cage, the arena lights dimmed and generic noises of electrical currents blared through the PA.

Vince Russo thought you were stupid enough to buy it. The stupid, arrogant people think they're the clever ones.

That's the worst part of life, and TNA encapsulated it by somehow making the New York legend look like a prat in the process.
