Ranking What Was REALLY The Worst Wrestling Match Every Year 1990-2021

12. 2010 - Kaitlyn Vs. Maxine, WWE NXT, October 19

A series of incredibly awkward collisions in which virtually everything looked weak but also seemed painful, owing to the fact that the performers were ill-equipped to appear on TV and only did so to give Michael Cole an excuse to be an absolute tw*t.

The wretched sense of timing and knowledge of how to put a match together led to wincing, sludgy exchanges where it wasn't entirely clear who was even taking the bump. At one point, Kaitlyn hit an atomic drop into the back of Maxine's knee.

Kaitlyn, knowing she'd been sent out there to die, rolled her eyes at the finish. She had taken a sunset flip.

It was more like an orbit flip because they managed around 365 attempts to get it right.
