Ranking Who Was REALLY The Worst Wrestler Every Year 1990-2021

16. 2006 - The Boogeyman

A creepy presence with a great physique, the Boogeyman only worked his glamour muscles.

As with everybody who had no clue what they were doing - so 99 out of every 100 John Laurinaitis hires - the Boogeyman oversold everything. Every punch between the shoulder blades caused him to double over in pain, every punch to the stomach compelled him to flail wildly. He had a shocking lack of flexibility and mobility. and even more egregious grasp of character. He was a spooky monster fella, and he sold everything like he was Barry Horowitz.

It was funny, not that that was ideal for his character, but it was perversely entertaining at least. When he bumped for a Booker T superkick at WrestleMania, he jumped in the air before falling because he was literally unable to take a flat-back.
