Ranking WWE's First Ever NXT Class - From Worst To Best

33. Brad Maddox

NXT Roster 2012

By the time Brad Maddox broke through to the main roster, it was as a discredited referee and even-more-discredited authority figure.

Maddox was the man behind the fast-count that cost Ryback the WWE Championship at Hell In A Cell 2012 - a night where the former Skip Sheffield had never been so hot nor ready to be the person the company could take a chance on.

In kayfabe and reality, WWE was a wholly inept organisation inside and out by this point, so naturally the way to punish the useless tosser was to make him an appalling Raw General Manager. The main roster was the place undercard wrestlers went to die for so long that people lost their energy to push back, and Maddox was caught amongst the very worst of it.

Standing virtually no chance of getting over as a credible wrestler, he was eventually let go from the company in 2015.
