Recently-released star Top Dolla has lashed out at those who claim he had significant heat backstage in WWE.

The former Hit Row man was keen to squash reports that he 'rubbed people the wrong way' behind the scenes. On Twitter, Dolla admitted that he had been very vocal to WWE's front office about the release of ex-stablemate B-FAB.

That didn't go down too well internally, which is probably unsurprising.

Top Dolla said he told WWE management that they had "made a mistake" by releasing FAB - he was also willing to stand up for Hit Row when some backstage dismissed the group as a botched idea that wouldn't work long-term.

Continuing, the former NXT and SmackDown worker said: "Trust me, I got plenty stories I can tell about how I was disrespected; but just took it on the chin like a professional".

Hit Row (B-FAB, Top Dolla, Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott and Ashante 'Thee' Adonis were called up from NXT during the 2021 Draft just over one month ago. They started hot on SmackDown, but WWE's lack of interest became clear almost immediately.

Dolla refuses to stay quiet on these 'backstage heat' rumours.
