Report: Former NXT Star Rachel Ellering Works IMPACT Wrestling Tapings

Taylor Wilde wasn't the only irregular face at IMPACT Wrestling's recent tapings.

Rachael Ellering, the daughter of iconic wrestling manager Paul Ellering, worked the recent set of IMPACT Wrestling tapings in Nashville.

This comes via a report courtesy of Fightful Select, who stated that Ellering, who was released from NXT last year as part of the mass cuts, wrestled for the company as they tape content heading into 25 April's Rebellion pay-per-view. It was reported a few days ago that IMPACT veteran Taylor Wilde also returned at those same tapings.

This isn't her first time in IMPACT Wrestling, of course, as she appeared for the company twice in 2017. She lost to Sienna and Chelsea Green, back when Green was known as Lauren Van Ness.

First appearing for WWE in early 2016, Ellering - known primarily as Rachel Evers during her WWE tenure - didn't ever really leave her mark on the black and gold brand. Her final WWE match came in July 2019 as she wrestled Lacey Lane - now Kayden Carter - on an NXT house show.

After being sidelined with a torn ACL suffered in that match, Rachael was released from WWE, having only two matches since then. Both were, however, for All Elite Wrestling, as she entered the Women's Tag Team Cup tournament alongside Dasha.
