It looks like yet another WWE release is headed to All Elite Wrestling

Fightful Select reports that Sw3rve, the former Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, has officially signed with AEW and could debut "imminently." The highly touted free agent could make his bow as early as Sunday night's Revolution PPV, though Fightful does not have confirmation about the capacity in which he could debut.

The deal to bring Sw3rve is not exactly a huge secret, as Fightful notes he was at an AEW concern Saturday night in Orlando, and a song "that repeatedly mentioned him played."

Sw3rve was released from WWE in November with his fellow Hit Row compatriots, just weeks after the group debuted on SmackDown. The quartet was drafted to the blue brand from NXT in October. B-Fab was released at the beginning of November, and the remaining three members were given their notice just two weeks later.

The former NXT North American Champion is one of the more confusing releases, as he came onto the main roster as a well-regarded prospect and part of a cohesive group. But the dreaded "budget cuts" resulted in Hit Row being axed from the company before they ever had a chance to prove themselves.

As if fans needed another unknown for Revolution, now you have the question of whether we'll get a shock debut on the night.

He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV.
