WWE looks set to host its latest retro-themed episode of Raw sometime in January.

This is according to the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast's Andrew Zarian, who tweeted the following on Monday night:-

Whether they're titled Old School Raw, Raw Reunion, or something else entirely, these special Raw episodes typically do relatively strong ratings for WWE. The last one, 4 January 2021's Legends Night, attracted 2.128 million overall viewers including 879,000 in the key 18-49 demographic - increases of 20% and 31% respectively on the previous week.

There is currently no word on what kind of format the next retro Raw will take. WWE has, however, used its Saudi Arabian pay-per-views to announce these nostalgic shows in the past, so perhaps there'll be some kind of announcement when the promotion hits Riyadh for Crown Jewel 2021 this Thursday (21 October).

Legends Night saw multiple faces from WWE's past return for appearances, as is always the case with such shows. Amongst the biggest names to appear were Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair (now a free agent), Jimmy Hart, Booker T, and Big Show and Mark Henry, both of whom are now with AEW.
