Report: WWE Undecided On Bianca Belair's WrestleMania 37 Match

Will it be Sasha Banks, Asuka, or someone totally different for the WWE Royal Rumble 2021 winner?

Dave Meltzer stated on today's episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE hasn't decided Bianca Belair's WrestleMania 37 opponent yet, with the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships seemingly still in the conversation.

Everything is up in the air with regards to 'The EST of WWE' at 'The Showcase of the Immortals' right now. Understandably, as Belair is a SmackDown wrestler, Meltzer believes WWE will go with Sasha Banks as the opponent, though Bianca could conceivably challenge for the Raw or NXT strap instead.

Perhaps we'll learn more on this week's episode of SmackDown. WWE is advertising that Belair will "set her sights on WrestleMania" on the broadcast.

Belair's Royal Rumble victory was a record-breaking one, as she scored the longest run in the history of the women's match, wrestling for 56 minutes and 52 seconds after entering at number three. Bayley, Charlotte Flair, Natalya, and finally Rhea Ripley were eliminated along the way, with Bianca cutting an emotional promo after scoring the win.

Edge vs. Universal Champion Roman Reigns is the only leaked WrestleMania 37 match thus far, though WWE's propensity to change its mind at the last minute means plans could change between now and April.
