Rey Mysterio Unmasked On WWE Raw

The Miz did his best to expose Rey Mysterio ahead of WWE WrestleMania 38.

Rey Mysterio was unmasked on last night's episode of WWE Raw, with The Miz tearing the lucha legend's veil away in an attempt at putting extra heat on their impending WrestleMania 38 clash.

Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode provided Rey and son Dominik's opponents on Raw. The Mysterios ended up defeating the Dirty Dawgs in around nine minutes, with Dominik scoring the pin via 619 and Frog Splash, but Ziggler decided he wasn't finished with the babyfaces.

While Dolph blasted the victorious Dominik with a superkick, Miz (who had been on commentary for the match) hit Rey with the Skull Crushing Finale. Afterwards, the former WWE Champion yanked Rey's mask off, forcing the veteran to cover up while his 'Mania opponent celebrated, carrying his trophy to the back.

Later, Miz told interviewer Kevin Patrick that he was happy to humiliate the Mysterios, whom he called "jerks", daring WrestleMania tag team partner Logan Paul to wear Rey's mask on next week's show.

The Mysterios vs. The Miz and Logan Paul is booked for WrestleMania 38's first night on 2 April. Paul wasn't on last night's episode, though it sounds like he'll be around next week.
