Charlotte Flair has received an offer from the television industry.

This is according to her legendary father Ric, who was a guest on the Wrestling Inc. Daily podcast, stating that 'The Queen' is attracting significant interest away from the squared circle.

"I'm hoping that when she finishes her commitments up at SummerSlam or whenever it is... I know she has a TV series looking at her and she's got fitness people wanting to work with her," said Ric. He added: "I hope she takes as long as she wants off so that all these people that can fill her shoes and do that every night have the opportunity, and God bless that thought."

This comes in the wake of yesterday's news that Charlotte will be ruled out until at least SummerSlam, with a talkSPORT story stating that an "extended break" could see her off WWE television until Royal Rumble season. Ric assumes that she'll be back for 'The Biggest Party of the Summer,' however, but said she'll likely talk to the promotion about doing the television series.

A write-off angle saw Nia Jax attack and injure Flair on this week's episode of Raw.
