Ronda Rousey Injured At WWE WrestleMania 35
Is this the end for Ronda Rousey?
The wrestling community is rife with rumours about Ronda Rousey's future after the climax of her WrestleMania 35 main event match where she lost her Raw Woman's title to Becky Lynch.
Dave Meltzer stated on Wrestling Observer Radio that Rousey had 'severely broken' her hand in the "Winner Takes All" triple threat match, something that took many by surprise, as the former UFC fighter managed to cover her pain for the rest of her fight shockingly well.
Whether this played into the controversial finish of the match is still open for debate with Meltzer reporting that at one time the main event was to finish with a submission, though the decision was taken before the match for Ronda to take the loss by pinfall.
Rousey was reportedly scheduled to take time off from wrestling after her main event match anyway but for now, however, there's a definite timeframe that the UFC fighter cannot fight or wrestle in, meaning we definitely won't be seeing Rousey in fighting form for some time to come.
