Ronda Rousey Opens Up About How Long She's Staying In WWE
Will Ronda Rousey still be part of WWE's big plans after WrestleMania 38?
Ronda Rousey opened up to fans about just how long she plans to stay put in WWE during a recent gaming stream on Facebook.
The ex-MMA star, who faces Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women's Title at WrestleMania 38 next month, confirmed she will be sticking around after the big weekender in April. That must be music to WWE's ears, because it means Rousey won't be disappearing after wrestling on the supercard.
It also drops heavy hints that Ronda is winning the SmackDown Women's Title in Dallas - that, of course, is pure speculation, but it makes perfect sense that she'd submit Flair to bag the gold on WWE's grandest stage. Creative will be happy to have Rousey around for a little while longer.
There's no set timescale on her current run either. Ronda told fans that she'll be in WWE until she and husband Travis Browne decide to have another child. She'll cross that bridge when she comes to it, in other words.
More kids are on the horizon, but Rousey fancies doing some pro wrestling in the interim. In short, she'll still be on WWE TV after 'Mania.
