According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, MMA star Ronda Rousey has already begun her pro-wrestling training at WWE's Performance Center in Orlando. The former UFC Women's Bantamweight champion's tutelage down in Florida all but confirms she is set for a match come WrestleMania.

The current plan seems to revolve around a 'Four Horsewomen vs. Four Horsewomen' showdown, off the back of constituents of the two factions coming face-to-face on-screen at the closing of the Mae Young Classic. Shayna Baszler - who was defeated in the final of the tournament by Kairi Sane - is already on the books of NXT.

Reportedly, Rousey is joined at WWE's training facility by Jessamyn Duke and Marina Sharif, giving the trio around five months to get up to speed ahead of any marquee match in New Orleans.

Rousey made her first in-ring appearance for the company way back at WrestleMania 31, stepping over the barricade to join The Rock in staring down Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. A singles tie between the UFC fighter and WWE Chief Brand Officer was slated at the time, but it now seems more like Rousey will collide with Charlotte Flair - should her WrestleMania 34 contest pass off successfully.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
